Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Tablespoon cookbook. This policy explains how refunds work for our digital subscription and printed book services.

Digital Subscription

If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not yet submitted your book for printing. After 14 days, or once a book has been submitted for printing, the subscription fee is non-refundable.

Printed Books

Because each cookbook is custom-printed to your specifications, we cannot accept returns of printed books unless:

  • The book arrived damaged or defective
  • The printed content does not match what you submitted
  • The book was lost in transit

In these cases, we will either reprint and reship the book at no additional cost, or issue a refund for the book portion of your order.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@tablespoonbook.com with your order details. We will process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to request a refund in addition to cancellation, please contact us.
