These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tablespoon website and service operated by Tablespoon ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Service Description

Tablespoon is a web application that allows you to create, organize, and print personalized recipe cookbooks. Our service includes a digital platform for recipe management and a printed book fulfillment service.

2. Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account by completing the checkout process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (quarterly, semi-annually, or annually) depending on the plan you select.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal at the time of purchase.
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated based on your location.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all recipes, images, and other content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of producing your cookbook. We will not share, sell, or use your content for any other purpose.

5. Printed Books

Each subscription includes one printed cookbook. Printing begins after you submit your book for review. Production typically takes 5–7 business days, with shipping times varying by location. We offer free worldwide shipping.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malicious software or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tablespoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
